Group Therapy

My group therapy sessions help people find support, develop and solve personal problems. In my work, I use approaches based on psychological research and personal experience with clients. My group therapy is a safe and confidential space where you can share your thoughts and feelings, receive support, and find new resources for personal growth. I work in small groups in order to personalize the approach to each client as much as possible. If you want to know more about my services, please contact me via the feedback form on the site. Thank you for your interest in my work. I am always ready to help you on your way to a better life and a better version of yourself. In addition to group therapy, I also provide individual therapy and consultations. Contact me if you want to start working on yourself today.
